Project Launch: April 1st, 2026

Qubic Whales Analytics is freshly launched! We are actively accumulating network statistics, tracking entity behaviors, and expanding our historical database. As the platform matures, expect even more exciting features, deeper historical insights, and advanced predictive analytics.

How we collect data (Qubic Node Lite)

Our platform does not rely on third-party APIs. Instead, we are connected directly to a Qubic Node Lite. We stream raw binary tick data in real-time, instantly filter out network noise, and broadcast massive capital movements directly to your screen the millisecond they happen.

Deterministic Entity Names

Qubic uses 60-character wallet addresses, which are impossible to memorize. To solve this, our system generates a Permanent Alias for every unknown wallet (e.g., "Cosmic Kraken ABCD").

This name is deterministically generated from the wallet's unique hash. This means that whenever a specific wallet makes a transactionโ€”whether today or next yearโ€”it will always appear under the exact same name, allowing you to track specific whales over time.

Volume Tiers (Live Stream)

To normalize the highly volatile crypto market, our system assigns volume tiers based on the real-time USD value of the transfer. These icons are applied to both the Total Tick Volume and Individual Transfers.
Note: Only Fish Tier and above (>1B QUBIC) are broadcasted as individual transfers to the Live Stream to prevent network spam.

๐Ÿฆ Shrimp

< $1,000 USD

๐ŸŸ Fish

$1,000 - $10,000 USD

๐Ÿฌ Dolphin

$10,000 - $100,000 USD

๐Ÿ‹ Whale

$100k - $250k USD

๐Ÿฆ‘ Kraken

$250k - $1M USD

๐Ÿฆ– Megalodon

$1,000,000+ USD

Network Specifics

  • Tick: The Qubic equivalent of a "block". Ticks occur extremely fast (roughly every second).
  • Epoch: A 7-day period (Wed to Wed, ending at 12:00 UTC). At the end of an epoch, Computor rankings are finalized.
  • Burned Qubic: Tokens sent to the network's "null" address, permanently reducing the total supply.
  • Fail Rate: The percentage of transactions in a tick that were intended but failed to execute.

Metrics & Labels

  • WHALE A massive transaction exceeding 999,999,999 QUBIC (1 Billion).
  • Dust Limit (โ‰ค 99,999,999 QUBIC): Micro-transactions grouped together to prevent network spam.
  • Heavy Tick: A tick where total volume exceeds 499,999,999 QUBIC (500 Million).

Exchange Flows

INFLOW Deposit to Exchange (Bearish)
OUTFLOW Withdrawal to Cold Storage (Bullish)
ARBITRAGE Exchange to Exchange routing

๐Ÿ“Š Netflow & Whale Net Flow (The Bull/Bear Indicators)

These bar charts track the movement of capital in and out of exchanges. Our platform uses standard trader signaling colors:

Green Bars (Pointing UP) = OUTFLOW (BULLISH ๐Ÿ“ˆ)

More Qubic is leaving exchanges than entering. Investors are buying tokens and withdrawing them to cold storage for long-term holding, reducing the available supply.

Red Bars (Pointing DOWN) = INFLOW (BEARISH ๐Ÿ“‰)

More Qubic is being deposited into exchanges than withdrawn. Entities are moving funds from cold wallets to active trading accounts, indicating increasing sell pressure.

What is the difference between the two charts?

  • Net Exchange Flow: Tracks ALL network activity, including retail investors ("Shrimps" and "Fish").
  • Whale Net Flow: Tracks ONLY massive transactions (>1 Billion QUBIC). This filters out the noise and shows exactly what the "Smart Money" is doing.
  • Pro Trading Signal: Look for Divergence. If general Netflow is Red (retail is panic selling) but Whale Netflow is Green (whales are accumulating and withdrawing), it often marks a market bottom.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Price Overlays & Exchange Spreads (Arbitrage)

On most volume charts, you will see two price lines overlaid against the right-hand axis:

  • Gold Line: Gate.io Price.
  • Purple Line: MEXC Price.
  • Finding Arbitrage: If you see a visible gap (spread) open up between the Gold and Purple lines, it means the exchanges are out of sync. Shortly after this gap appears, you will likely see ARBITRAGE whale transfers in the Live Stream moving funds to close the gap and secure a risk-free profit.

๐Ÿ‹ Whale Activity by Type & Top Movements

The Doughnut chart and Top 10 tables break down exactly what the smart money is doing.

  • Spikes in Arbitrage: Whales are actively moving funds between platforms to profit from the spread and balance the market.
  • Heavy Internal Transfers: When "Internal" activity dominates, whales are likely restructuring their cold wallets or participating in OTC (Over-The-Counter) deals outside of public order books.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Network Activity Heatmap (7 Days)

The matrix chart shows average volume by day and hour (UTC).

  • Trading Liquidity: High-density bright squares reveal the timezones (Asia, Europe, or US) where Qubic is traded the most. Use this to find the best times to execute large orders with minimal slippage.
  • Epoch Volatility: Look closely at Wednesdays around 12:00 UTC. This is when the Qubic Epoch ends, smart contracts execute payouts, and Computor networks are updated. It is historically the most volatile period of the week.

โš™๏ธ Dust Volume, Burn Rate & Failures

These charts track the underlying health and adoption of the Qubic network, separate from market speculation.

  • Dust Volume (5m): A rising trend in transactions under 100M QUBIC indicates growing real-world usage of the network (micro-transactions, dApp interactions) by retail users.
  • Qubic Burn Rate: A higher burn rate means high smart-contract execution. Because Qubic is deflationary, heavy burning permanently removes tokens from the circulating supply, supporting long-term value.
  • Transaction Failure Rate: Sudden spikes usually indicate network congestion or a major exchange halting withdrawals due to technical issues.

๐Ÿฆ The Shrimp Paradox

You might occasionally see "Shrimp" ๐Ÿฆ icons in the Live Stream, even though our documentation states that we only broadcast transactions of 1 Billion QUBIC or more. Why does this happen?

Our Live Stream Filter is mathematically fixed to the token supply (>= 1B QUBIC), to ensure we catch all macro network movements. However, our Visual Tiers (Icons) are dynamically tied to the real-time USD purchasing power (where "Fish" starts at $1,000 USD).

When QUBIC price drops (e.g., 1B QUBIC = $900), those 1B transactions still make it to the stream but receive the Shrimp icon because they fall below the $1k threshold. Itโ€™s not a bug; itโ€™s a dynamic feature that perfectly highlights the fiat value of the network. Once the price rises, those shrimps will quickly evolve back into fish!

๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ The Hidden Retail Flow

If you look closely, you will notice that the "Total Network Volume" is massive, but the "Net Exchange Flow" charts seem to only account for a fraction of that volume. Where did the rest of the flow go?

This is our built-in Institutional Filter. Our backend logs all micro and medium transactions (<500M QUBIC) strictly as "Network Volume" and "Retail Volume". However, these smaller retail trades are intentionally excluded from the Exchange INFLOW/OUTFLOW directional calculations.

This strips away all the "retail noise" and panic-selling from small accounts, meaning our Netflow charts represent the purest form of Smart Money tracking available.
